(Toronto, Canada – July 23, 2024 – Canadian-based Jamaican artist Rashanal continues to make waves in the global music scene with his radio hit “Last Night.” The single has garnered widespread airplay on mainstream radio stations across Canada, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Jamaica.
Building on this momentum, Rashanal is excited to announce the launch of his own music imprint, Solid Impact Records. This new venture marks a significant milestone in his career, demonstrating his dedication to creating impactful music and pushing through Canadian music’s glass ceiling.
Solid Impact Records is set to make a strong debut with the release of its first riddim, “The Girls Club” Riddim. The riddim, produced by eclectic music producer Lloyd “Reggaeology” Laing, promises to bring a fresh and vibrant sound to the reggae and dancehall genres.
Rashanal will also release his first single under the new label, “Disloyal Girls Club”, which features on “The Girls Club” Riddim. The track is set for release on August 2, 2024, and will be available on all major platforms, including Bandcamp.
The single showcases Rashanal’s unique style and lyrical prowess, capturing the essence of contemporary reggae with a touch of classic dancehall vibes.
Joining Rashanal on “The Girls Club” Riddim is fellow Canadian rising talent Anthony Seeker. This collaboration underscores Solid Impact Records’ commitment to spotlighting emerging artists and delivering high-quality music to a global audience.
